Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags and certificates intact.

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Process

Request a return by emailing us at maanviatelier@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

Once approved, we will share return shipping instructions.

Pack the item securely and send it via a trackable courier. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the return status.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items. Please follow the return process and mention your preference for an exchange instead of a refund.
